Methods of Payment
I accept postal money orders, cashiers checks, wire transfers, and personal checks. All methods of payment must be made in advance before the shipment is made. I do offer payment plans for certain reptiles.  
 

Deposits and Payment Plans
In order for me to hold a certain animal a 20% deposit must be made and we can work out a monthly payment plan for the remaining amount. Do not hesitate to make an offer all purchases are unique and I can be flexible in most transactions. Please be sure of your purchase, any payments made are non-refundable. Credit can be transferred to other animals if you are unable to fulfill your payment plan. Payments can be refunded or transferred to other animals if I am unable to produce your order.  
 

Guarantee
All reptiles are guaranteed to be feeding, healthy, and correctly sexed. I offer a live arrival guarantee when reptiles are shipped under the following conditions: the shipping temperatures are between 40-85 degrees, the package is shipped next day, and the package is signed for upon arrival. I offer 100% satisfaction; I will replace any animal for the cost of the return freight. I cannot offer any cash refund, exchange only. Please double check the sexing of your purchase and notify me within 24 hours of receipt. If I don’t hear from you within 24 hours I will assume you are satisfied and our transaction will be considered complete.  
 

Shipping
Shipments are done either by U.P.S next day door to door or by air freight sent to your nearest airport. All shipping charges must be paid in advance before the shipment is made.
